Used to love coming here until they did me wrong. A little over a year ago I brought my Durango in for an oil change. Everything was good and went as expected. Unfortunately they severely overtightened my drain plug, which who would know until you try to get oil changed again. The next time I got my oil changed it was at a Take 5. At Take 5, you stay in your car the whole time while they work on it. After I pulled in and they started working, the guy in the pit immediately said "we've got a problem with the drain plug. Its been overtightened and I dont want to touch it because its on a plastic oil pan." At this point they advised they could suck the oil out of the top and put a new filter on and even told me not to bring it back next time and to take it back to where the oil change was done last so they could fix it. I said to go ahead with the oil change. Today I go back to Burleson Lube Center since they were the ones that touched the plug last. Acting manager came and asked me who did the oil change last and I explained to him the whole situation. He called the owner and now the owner doesn't want to pay for damages because he says "how do we know the last place didn't try to take it off and damage it?". They also brough my mileage into the conversation. Mileage means absolutely nothing when it comes to who damaged someone else's property. Unfortunately it looks like were going to have to go to small claims court.

These people are awesome! My truck rolled over something in the parking lot next door to this business and flattened my tire down to the ground. Even though I was not a customer of theirs, they sent one of their techs to put my spare tire on my truck so that I could drive to a tire store....i tried to pay the store for their service but they wouldnt accept anything! Burleson Lube Center YOU ROCK!

I bought and had my battery replaced and it was done in a timely manner. Employees are friendly!

I came in for a inspection than back to get my oil change. Jay was absolutely fabulous. The rest of your crew was wonderful too. Such a sweet and friendly group of folks.
