Took the Rav 4 in for an oil change. They didn't reinstall the covers under the chassis. Now my teenage daughter is on a road trip 700 miles from home having to figure out how to deal with their incompetence.

Always fast and friendly. They let me know when there is preventative maintenance to be done but never hard sell me to do it. Has always done a good job and shown respect for my property in doing it.

Didn't check antifreeze, 2 days later car overheating, almost stranded. I recommended my neighbor, senior single woman.

Fast Friendly Efficient!

Fast, friendly service. The tech pointed out a few wear items that were getting close to needing replacement, but it wasn't your typical pressured upsale, a refreshing change compared to most lube centers.

I have been going to this place for years for state inspection and oil change. However I don't trust them anymore because they pointed out that my coolant looked cloudy and made it seem like a worse case scenario with a head gasket crack. I took it to my mechanic there was no such thing happening and was told they had put a liquid in my coolant, or put in the wrong coolant, so I had to do a whole flush on my entire system and no more problems. The staff is friendly and I've never had a complaint before, but I can't trust these guys anymore so I go elsewhere.
