I have been going to this place for years for state inspection and oil change. However I don't trust them anymore because they pointed out that my coolant looked cloudy and made it seem like a worse case scenario with a head gasket crack. I took it to my mechanic there was no such thing happening and was told they had put a liquid in my coolant, or put in the wrong coolant, so I had to do a whole flush on my entire system and no more problems. The staff is friendly and I've never had a complaint before, but I can't trust these guys anymore so I go elsewhere.

The technician was just pointing out what he saw and told you that the worst case scenario might be a head gasket. Sorry if it got communicated or understood in a different way.
