Today I brought my work van in to get an oil change "we have a fleet account with lots of vans" I used to use these guys a lot because they are fast with the oil changes and I never had problems before today. They added air to my tires and told me I'm good to go. I left and noticed my tires pressure sensor alarms for all 4 tires was going off so I immediately returned. Spoke to manager about the issue and he told me at first that the sensor warning was going off when I brought it to them "which it wasn't because I just had my van inspected for the yearly by state" and after I told him that he said "well the reason it's doing it is cause the last place you had the tires rotated at didnt relearn the new sensor tire locations" which was a lie too. I called him out on it and told him to fix it and after he argued with me for a bit and was rude as hell to me he had one of the techs try to relearn the new tire locations with the handheld scanner, and then told me he wasnt able to do it and couldn't give me a reason why. He told me your gonna have to bring it somewhere else to get it fixed. Right then when I was getting ready to leave another lady that just had her car serviced there the same time as mine drove back into the lot and complained she was having an alarm go off on her dash that wasnt before she got it serviced. Coincidence? I think not. I didnt stick around to see what this managers solution was to fix her issue they caused, but hopefully a better resolution than mine. Anyhow I will never use this place again, the manager is a total incompetent idiot, and needs to take a course on customer service skills 101.
