Burleson Auto Repair

My sister took her car in to Burleson Lube Center this morning and had the engine light checked. Oil had been leaking all over the engine and getting into the sparkplugs. I communicated with Scott on behalf of my sister who is deaf, he explained what was happening and could happen. He quoted the price required to replace the Valve cover gasket and spark plugs. He got her car in immediately. I appreciate the professionalism and courteous manners exhibited by each person I spoke with today. Thank you Scott!

Good service with a smile. Just know your car and it's needs to be prepared for their attempt to up-sell. Still a good group of guys.

Don't Bother with this place anymore. I have been going here for six years and always got prompt service and never once had a problem especially when last month another garage tried to bilk me for $4300 so even thought I recently moved I drove all the way back here here and got it done for $900! That was however a month ago. The old mechanic left and I came in to get a sensor replaced, they charged me $160 for a sensor they bought at Autozone down the street for $59. Now I get mark up for the travel time and labor to get the part, but 260% mark up is a bit much. Now that part goes for only $20-40 elsewhere but you won't get any kind of warranty on it. The kicker is they wanted me to go ahead and get two of them since they were in there! Its fine however. I agreed to the work and paid for it. Call it a parting gift for six years of great service.

I came by for a state inspection. They are very well organized and efficient. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous. I was told my wait would be about 10 to 15 minutes. They took me keys almost exactly 10 minutes later. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Can I just say, this place was a God send and I'm not even sure that I believe in God. My car had started making this weird flapping noise when I went over 60 mph. I had just recently had an oil change somewhere else. The research that I had done online told me that it was possibly a loose skid plate. I decided that I'd wait I until I got back to New Braunfels to have it checked out. I was driving from Roanoke to New Braunfels with my two nephews and the noise was making me crazy. I just decided to pull off at the very next exit and find the first oil change place that I could. We pulled up and Daniel greeted us. My nephew pointed out his rad Deathly Hallows tattoo. Since we're all Potterheads, we knew we were in the right place. These guys took a look and fixed the problem and had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes, free of charge. We even got complimentary water and coffee for the road. What great service. What great people. Thank you, a million times. Thank you.
